Hypertension:  Usual  starting
and maintenance dose: 50 mg once  daily.  Maximum increasing the dose to 100 mg once daily. Patients with intravascular volume-depletion starting dose of 25 mg once daily. Renal protection in Type
2 diabetic patients with proteinuria and  hypertension, starting dose: 50 mg once daily, may be increased to 100 mg once daily based on blood pressure response

Patients intolerant of ACE inhibitors, only

Usual  starting  dose:  50  mg
once daily. May be increased to 100 mg once daily.

Lovastatin  20  mg
